6. Insurance & Payments
We accept many insurance plans, but coverage is not guaranteed. It is the responsibility of the patient to:

• Understand whether a referral is required
• Pay for any portion not covered by insurance (including deductibles, co-pays, or denied claims)
• Pay for all out-of-pocket services in full before or at the time of service

7. Refund Policy
Refunds are not issued for services that have already been completed. For prepaid packages or single appointments:
• You may request a refund if you cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 48 hours before your appointment time
• Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated on a case-by-case basis

8. Cancellation & No-Show Fees
To respect the time of our providers and ensure availability for other patients:
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• No-Shows or Late Cancellations will be charged:
• $50 for Initial Visits
• $25 for Follow-Up Visits
• Multiple no-shows or late cancellations may result in the suspension of your account or require pre-payment for future visits
These fees are not covered by insurance.

If you are paying privately, we can provide a Superbill upon request. This document can be submitted to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Note: Reimbursement is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of your insurance provider.
